Cheap business cards no longer have to look cheap. There are some instances where printing your own business cards is appropriate and can be very handy, but it is best not to use the cards that tear apart, as they tend to look like they were made on a budget. The tell-tale ridges on the sides say that they were made at home.

The other kind of cheap business cards to steer clear of are the ones that are done on basic white card stock with black font and include not much else to speak of. Whether you are considering printing these cards at home or having them done elsewhere, it is best to think twice. Business cards such as these have no pizzazz and, therefore, no reason to be kept around.

With so many great online printing sites offering a wide array of easy to design cards, there is no reason that cheap business cards have to look low-cost.
